Rental Inquiries and Applications

Submitting a renter pre-qualification survey, inquiry, or application does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, or a rental reservation.

Oak City Car Rentals may request additional information or documentation before approving a renter or releasing a vehicle.

Any actual vehicle rental will be governed by a separate rental agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and an executed rental agreement, the rental agreement will control with respect to the vehicle rental.

Vehicle Availability

Vehicle availability is subject to change.

Completing an application, receiving a pre-qualification message, or communicating with Oak City Car Rentals does not reserve a vehicle unless we expressly confirm the reservation.

Rates, vehicle availability, rental requirements, and other terms may change before a rental agreement is executed.

Eligibility

Renters must satisfy Oak City Car Rentals' applicable eligibility requirements, which may include possession of a valid driver's license, identity verification, compliance with rental policies, payment requirements, geographic or vehicle-use requirements, and any other requirements communicated before rental.

We attempt to provide accurate and current information, but vehicle descriptions, availability, pricing, policies, images, and other website content may be updated or corrected at any time.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Oak City Car Rentals, a DBA of Valoris Wealth Group LLC, may offer optional SMS communications.

If you separately opt in to non-marketing text messages, you may receive messages regarding your rental inquiry, application, vehicle availability, reservation, payment reminders, account updates, maintenance, and service notifications.

If you separately opt in to marketing and promotional text messages, you may receive messages regarding special offers, discounts, promotions, vehicle availability, and service updates.
